RECIPES // Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

1 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

1T tabasco sauce

1T celery salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp onion salt

1 tsp salt

Directions

Marinate chicken in above mixture for several hours or ovenight. Remove chicken from marinade and cook as usual in Old Smokey Electric Smoker.
