Ingredients

- venison tenderloin
- meat tenderizert

Directions
|
Cut the tenderloin into several six or seven inch pieces. Saok meat in hot water for 1/2 hour, then drain water. Sprinkle the chunks of meat liberally with meat tenderizer and cover to sit overnight. Place on rack of Old Smokey Electric Smoker and brush with olive oil. Cook on High for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to Medium. Tenderloin should cook in about 20 minutes per pound.
