Sam's Chicken
- whole chicken
- soy sauce
- disposable aluminum pan
- large baggie
Pour a 5 oz. bottle of soy sauce into a plastic bag. Put a whole chicken into the bag and let the chicken marinate in the soy sauce for an hour or so. Then put the chicken in a disposable aluminum baking pan just big enough to hold the chicken. Pour the soy sauce over the chicken, and put the pan on the grill with medium hot coals. Put the top on the Old Smokey grill and cook for 1 hour or until done. Very flavorful, and easy to do.
