Garlic Chicken
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2T melted butter or margarine
- salt & pepper
- paprika
Saute 4 cloves of garlic, minced, in 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle salt & pepper over chicken. Brush garlic mixture throughly onto chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Cook as usual.
