RETURNS POLICY
To receive a refund, please notify us. Unused Items may be sent to Old Smokey Products Co., 1620 Maury, Houston TX 77026. We will refund the cost of the item when we receive it. Shipping charges are not refundable.
SHIPPING POLICY
We choose not to raise our prices to make our shipping appear free. We try to keep our shipping rates as low as possible.
SHIPPING METHOD
We may ship your package by a different carrier than the one selected in the cart checkout. There will not be any additional charge to you should we do this.
