Aurelio Sanchez is the "camp cook" of Old Smokey Products Company.
Build a fire using nothing but mesquite chunks. Let the fire burn down to coals.  Rub chicken pieces with salt and grill until done.  Heat corn tortillas on grill while chicken is cooking.
