Antonio Celentano Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 100% real. It is not mixed with ANYTHING. It is the highest grade, the best tasting, and the healthiest to use. It's what you find in the finest restaurants and gourmet grocery stores.
There's little or no restriction against what can be labelled "olive oil." As long you sell something that's green, oil-based, and OK for humans to use, you can probabaly get away with calling it "olive" oil. And as you'd imagine, there are huge differences in quality.

Olive "oil" is really just olive juice, and is gathered by squeezing or pressing olives, similar to how you get orange juice. "Virgin" means the first pressing of the olives. Only the highest quality from this first pressing is graded "extra."
The subsequent pressings are of lesser & lesser quality, still safe for human consumption, but best suited for oil lamps. The word "Gethsemane" is derived from the Aramaic word for oil press. The Garden of Gethsemane at the foot of the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem is a grove of olive trees in which there was once an olive press used for processing the olives into olive oil.
