Grilled Pork Chops with Grilled Apples
This one has a strong gutsy flavor. It's definitely worth a try.

1 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
3 Tbs brown sugar
2 tsp extra hot horseradish
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick
2 large apples, cored, sliced thick and brushed with syrup or oil
Combine marinade mixture in a plastic bag. Add pork chops and coat all over. Refrigerate 4-6 hours, turning once or twice to distribute marinade evenly over the chops.

Use a medium hot fire in the Old Smokey charcoal grill.
Grill pork chops over direct heat, 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness of chops..
Grill apple slices to the side on indirect heat.
