Wyatt Childress
Wyatt lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Cowboy is a way of life for him. Calf roping is Wyatt's true love but he also loves a T bone cooked over mesquite on an Old Smokey! We think big things are coming his way- keep an eye out for Wyatt!

Nick Duhe’
Nick Duhe’ hails from Southeast Louisiana where passion for the outdoors and preparing meals field to table intersected and flourished. He put himself through college, working in the oilfield during the summers and catering for large groups in Spring and Fall with his family out of New Orleans.
As a Chef, he owned a catering company where he focused on serving Cajun cuisine to hungry patrons and developed a passion for cooking over an open fire!
If he isn’t chasing something with fins, fur, or feathers you’ll find him around an Old Smokey, cast iron pot, or stove whipping up something for everyone to enjoy!
