Dad's Chicken Fajitas

In honor of Father's Day, we're sharing Dad's fajita marinade recipe with the whole Old Smokey Fam! It's easy to make, and always impresses!
- Prep Time: 15 Minutes
- Marinating Time: 12 Hours
- Cook Time: 15 Minutes
- Servings: 10 People
Marinade Ingredients:
- 8 oz Zesty Italian Dressing
- 12 oz Crushed Pineapples
- 2 cups of Soy Sauce
- 12 oz Coca Cola
- 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Bundle Cilantro, chopped
- 4 Limes, juiced
Fajita Ingredients:
- 5 lbs Chicken
- Tortillas
- Your Favorite Fajita Fixins
- Limes
Equipment:
- Old Smokey Charcoal Grill
- Charcoal
- Lighter & Starter
Instructions:
- Mix together marinade ingredients
- Add chicken & let it marinade overnight
- When you're ready to grill, Fire it Up and get the grill hot. When the coals are white, it's time to cook!
- Add the chicken to the grill and put any leftover marinade on top of the chicken
- Chicken is ready when it reaches an internal temp of 160 degrees.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes
- Chop it up & squeeze some lime juice over top
- It's ready to serve!
