Red Meat is the choice for this rub, but it can also be used on Seafood, Poultry and Pork. It's not too overpowering, but brings a punch of flavor to every bite. Lower in sodium than the competition.
We get lots of samples of spices, rubs, and seasonings at Old Smokey Products Company. Some are OK. Most are the same 3 or 4 flavors in different packages. We enjoy sampling the efforts, but rarely is anything exceptional.
